DZ 18 SPEED DUMP TRUCK DRIVER NEEDED!!! Our company is seeking a Dump Truck Driver to operate company fleet vehicles and deliver construction materials such as demolition debris, brick, dirt etc. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work, must have at least 5yrs. proven experience and must have a clean abstract and CVOR. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Safely operate a dump truck at all times following all traffic laws, following company safety protocols and company policies and procedures. * Operate dump truck safely to deliver materials in a timely manner * Deliver materials to construction sites or landfill sites. * Back-up truck into construction sites or landfill sites to load and unload box. * Operate dump truck in adverse weather conditions. * Pre-inspect truck and report any issues. * ·Maintain cleanliness of the truck cab - This includes but not limited to keeping your cab free from cargo, removing trash from inside the cab and cleaning the windshield. * Have good communication skills. * ·Keep accurate logs of hours worked. * Speak English. * Start immediately. *Qualifications:* ·High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have 3-5 years of experience in commercial driving. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., push/pull 100 lbs., climb stairs 1-3 inches throughout length of trip (all directions), push/pull 150 lbs., kneel/ crouch/fall repeatedly throughout length of trip, safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions; safely operate equipment under various conditions; safely operate a manual manual transmission vehicle; must be able to read road signs; must be able communicate effectively with others; must be able work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of performance; must be able drive safely in all weather conditions; must have clean driving record. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Commercial driving: 5 years (required) Licence/Certification: * DZ license (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
