These positions are full time permanent.Position Requirements:The Youth Outreach worker provides direct support to youth and will assist in navigating youth to services and resources in the community. The goal is to improve immediate and long term educational, vocational, social economic and health outcomes for young persons aged 16-24.Persons considered for this position must have an active driver's license, clear vulnerable and child abuse registry checks.
