Job Responsibilities: In this key role, you will oversee a state-of-the-art healthcare Control Centre. Your role will be to monitor numerous systems including fire and life safety, access control, and CCTV. You will help track and deploy security staff and handle various dispatch duties including incident call taking. Dispatch Security Guards to incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, etc. Maintain control of access to and from the property and affiliated Hospitals Log details of radio transmission, telephone calls, and verbal instructions Direct backup support as necessary Inform management of major incidents Maintain the Camera Surveillance System Answer all incoming security telephone lines including the complex emergency telephone line.
