Key responsibilities include:
Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all prescription information before filling,
Data entry of patient information into computer system,
Third Party adjudication ,
Manage inventory control systems,
General OTC referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,
Handling customer prescription pick up,
Assisting with cashier responsibilities if required in the Pharmacy
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset
organizational skills and detail orientation;
Strong communication skills;
Demonstrated customer service experience;
Strong motivation to succeed;
computer/data/entry skills
.WORK HOURS:Flexible schedule - some weekends and evenings
