*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. The Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, utilizing both hand and power tools as necessary, while demonstrating excellent time management and customer service skills. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks in residental and commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. * Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete cleaning assignments. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all areas are well-maintained. * Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning duties within designated time frames. * Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed during the process. * Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing cleaning duties. *Requirements* * Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning assignments. * Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
