*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and a flair for customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extension services while ensuring an exceptional experience for each client. Your role will also involve promoting additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention. *Responsibilities* * Perform professional eyelash extension applications, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards. * Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area. * Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance. * Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. * Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services through continuous education. *Requirements* * Proven 5+ years experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. * Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude. * Certification or license in eyelash extension application is preferred but not mandatory.
