Job Duties You will be in charge of all aspects of the establishment's operations which includes staffing, budgeting, and inventory. You will determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures as required. You will recruit, train, and supervise employees, ensuring they meet performance standards. You will manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure profitability. You will maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. You will handle customer complaints promptly and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. You will liaise with suppliers to negotiate arrangements for food and other supplies. The job has physical demands such as standing; walking and running; and handling of material manually.
