*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, as well as strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. * Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep. * Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning and maintenance projects. * Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. * Lift heavy items as necessary to maintain cleanliness and order in the facility. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. * Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed. * Person may to do some tasks to maintain other cleaner work balance *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. * Experience using power tools and hand tools safely is beneficial. * Must be able to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
