Employment Type: Contract, 60% commission Position Description: We are seeking a passionate, certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead dynamic, safe, and effective private and semi-private sessions for clients of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and achieve personal wellness goals through the principles of Pilates. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and motivating environment, while delivering customized instruction that aligns with each client's needs. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead sessions of up to 2 participants * Be a leader in delivering high standards of customer care and service * Deliver customized session planning to each individual client suited to their fitness level and goals * Maintain a professional standard within club standards * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the reformer equipment and studio space * Flexible schedule with the ability to teach on weeknights as well as weekends * Promote club services, amenities, and other offerings to members when appropriate * Be willing to work on the development of promotional materials within the club *Key Qualifications:* * Nationally recognized fitness certification * Specific certification(s) to the desired role of Pilates and reformer instructor * 1+ years of experience in boutique fitness teaching Pilates and reformer is an asset * CPR & First Aid Certification * Criminal Background Check is a requirement * Insurance coverage is a requirement *Application Process:* * Up to date Resume * Tell us why you applied for this role an how this fits with your skillset? * Why does this role excite you? * What makes you a strong asset to join our team? _We are a diverse and equal-opportunity employer, committed to ensuring fairness and consistency in all our employment practices.
