We are an all-in-one comprehensive care center located in Brampton, Ontario seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a medical office setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. We are seeking someone that is dedicated, driven, takes pride in their everyday work, and can offer a safe and trusting environment for our patients and fellow team members.
We are looking to fill a full time position - 5 days per week, including Saturdays as scheduled. We are open Monday to Saturday.

Duties:
* Answer incoming patient phone calls and assisting with patient inquiries, booking appointments, and transferring calls accordingly.
* Managing voice mails and returning patient calls.
* Managing patient inquiries via email and responding accordingly
* Maintain electronic health records.
* Communicating with the appropriate team member to relay messages from calls and emails.
* To communicate verbally, and in writing to ensure patient satisfaction and to deliver quality patient care.
* Perform general administrative tasks to support the office staff.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
Qualifications:
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting is an asset
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
* Ability to work well independently and efficiently
* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
* Proficient in computer skills. Experience with Office and Adobe is an asset
