_*The Multi-Award Winning Quality Inn & Suites Petawawa is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team*_! *You must be available for:* * *Part-Time Hours: 8 hours (11pm-7am) a week + additional cover hours when needed* * *Must be comfortable to work alone and/or at night* * *Available for shift work: 7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am* * *Shifts include night shifts, and weekend shifts* * *Only applicants currently living within a 30-40 minute commute will be considered for this position.* *Job Duties* _- _Create exceptional guest stays by ensuring excellence in guest experiences through customer service interactions which include over the phone and in-person _- _greet guests and provide them with local area information and well as hotel information _- _enroll guests in hotel loyalty program through exceptional sales skills - help to ensure the overall success of the hotel by creating memorable guest stays for everyone who visits us by providing exceptional customer service _- _be efficient, a multitasker and comfortable with a fast-paced environment centered around guest services _- _assist guests by taking reservations, modifying reservations, managing guest requests and answering a multi-line switchboard - administrative duties such as answering emails, and working with Microsoft Word and Excel _-_ booking meeting room reservations as well as groups blocks - processing cash, debit and credit card payments - setting up meeting rooms - have a flexible schedule that allows for shift work which includes overnight shifts - must be comfortable working alone - light housekeeping duties such as mopping and folding towels - running the hotel audit - preparing guest folios and processing checkouts - solving discrepancies in financial reports - reconciling cash, debit and credit journals _*Required Education, Skills and Qualifications*_ * Previous Hotel and/or Night Audit experience preferred * Computer skills such as working with Microsoft Office and email programs * Possess excellent judgement and problem solving skills * administration skills in a fast paced environment If you have further questions, please contact Jamie or Christy at 613-687-2855 _*Perks to working with us include:*_ _- Employee Discounts Hotels worldwide!_ _- Access to Valley Family and Employee Assistance Program_ *Company Profile* The Quality Inn & Suites Petawawa is a multi-award winning hotel located in beautiful Petawawa!
