Responsibilities:
Review and respond to large email volume in a timely manner.
Liaise with product vendors, retail buyers, colleagues at rep agency.
List new product details for various retailers and keep product details up to date.
Process samples requests/track and follow up on.
Gather product specifications from a number of different sources.
Gather images/adjust and upload to retailer site.
Order entry, tracking and problem solving:
· Enter orders to the MarketTime order platform
· Ensure order is sent to vendor
· Ensure order is shipped/invoiced
· Process credit requests where necessary
Processing Purchase Order Change forms in a timely manner
Manage files in Dropbox
Run sales reports
Process annual cost updates in a timely manner
Work with various retailer sites/portals
Manage and coordinate annual specialty retailer programs with vendors
