Lead Carpenter: * *Duties:* * As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our framing projects. * You will lead a team of skilled workers and ensure the projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. * The Lead Carpenter should be a highly skilled and experienced professional in residential framing. * *Qualifications:* * Red-Seal Certified * Skilled candidates with experience in residential framing * Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. * Class G driver?s license. * Willingness to drive to various job sites. * 3-5 years of experience 2. Framer: * *Duties:* * As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in constructing the framework of residential houses. * Your responsibilities will include measuring, cutting, and assembling materials, ensuring accuracy, and adhering to safety guidelines. * Framer candidates should have relevant framing experience and a strong work ethic. * *Qualifications:* * Skilled candidates with experience in residential framing are preferred, but we are open to training the right individuals. * Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. * Willingness to drive to various job sites. 3. Laborer: * *Duties:* * As a Laborer, you will provide essential support to our framing crew. * Your tasks may include site cleanup, material handling, and assisting the Lead Carpenter and Framers as needed. * We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. * *Qualifications:* * Skilled candidates with experience in residential framing are preferred, but we are open to training the right individuals. * Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. * Class G driver?s license. * Willingness to drive to various job sites.
