*Responsibilities:*
* Bring patients into the appropriate examination room
* Accurately record and assess vital signs relevant to scheduled appointments
* Coordinate and schedule diagnostic and investigative procedures as required
* Provide occasional coverage during evenings and weekends, as needed
*Qualifications:*
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced proficiency with Telus PS Suite Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
* Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
* Prior experience in a healthcare environment is considered an asset
* Experience in administering injections is considered a significant advantage
