Connors Transfer Limited, a division of Cookeis currently seeking an experienced Transportation Customer Service Representative for our growing team. This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish. This challenging opportunity consists of Order entry and maintenanceScheduling pick up and delivery appointmentsEnsuring service levels are metLiaison between shippers, receivers, and our driversMaximize utilization of resources in a cost effective mannerAccessorial charge managementOS&D trackingOther duties as assigned Candidates should have Strong customer service focusAt least 2 years Customer Service experience in the Transportation IndustryStrong communication skillsHours of Service and geographical knowledgeTransportation weights and measuresExperience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an assetExperience managing OS&D and claims Cooke offers full-time year-round employment, competitive rates and a competitive benefits package which includes health and dental as well as a company matched pension.
