We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Bait Sitty Middle Eastern Cuisine. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating innovative dishes that reflect our culinary vision while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. *Responsibilities*
* Develop and execute a diverse menu that showcases modern Middle Eastern cuisine.
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
* Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations.
* Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste, meeting the restaurant's standards.
* Collaborate with management on menu planning and special events.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for Middle Eastern cuisine.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
