Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Resolve conflict situations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Serving It Right Certificate. Equipment and machinery experience: Deep fryer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding.
