_*Stag Shop is now HIRING for a Retail Sales Associate in our Thunder Bay location!!*_ *Summary* The Sales Associate is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers. *Job Duties* * Generate sales * Maintain a high level of customer service * Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge * Meet or exceed expectations for KPI?s and conversion ratios. * Participate in merchandising and promotional activities as required and generate ideas * Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures * Participate in all manner of store maintenance and cleaning tasks, report maintenance issues to store management immediately. * Work in partnership with Store Managers and other employees to maximize store sales * Performs other duties as required Stag Shop welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.20 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Afternoon shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work days: * Every Weekend * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationThunder Bay, ON
