*Overview*
This position offers 26-30 hours per week and includes some Saturday shifts. You'll be assisting customers with jewellery purchases, learning about fine jewellery and repairs, and supporting the overall daily operations of the store.
*Duties*
-Assist customers with purchases and repair inquiries
-Provide warm, knowledgeable and personalized service
-Maintain a tidy and inviting store environment
-Learn and retain product knowledge to confidently assist clients
-Answer phone calls and manage customer follow ups
-Process sales accurately using our POS system
-Support engraving services by learning basic software and tools
Prior retail or jewellery experience is a bonus, but not required-we'll provide training to the right person
*Qualifications*
-a quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
-strong computer skills and comfort using point- of- sale systems
-Excellent communication skills - both in person and on the phone
-Dependable and punctual- showing up on time every day is essential
-Organized, detail oriented, and able to multi task
-Willingness to learn about jewellery, jewellery repairs, and engraving processes
-open to learning basic tools and computer software used for engraving
