*We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. * *The location is to be determined. * *We are looking to hire an RECE that can work at one of our location from now until August. In September, they will be the RECE in a program that has expanded. * *Hours- Split Shift 6.5 hours per day Shift may change depending on location but approximate hours are 6:30-9:30am AND 2:30-6:00pm* The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will plan and implement engaging activities and lessons that foster children's growth and development. Under the direction of the Supervisor you will work closely with all employees in the organization to help plan and develop age-appropriate programs to enhance the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional develop according to Organization?s program statement and philosophy and the Child Care Early Years Act, using Early Learning for Every Child Today (ELECT), and How Does Learning Happen?, Quality First and Public Health Guidelines Registered Early Childhood Educators are expected to develop and maintain professional relationships with families. *Requirements:* * A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education * Current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators * Experience working with children * Standard First Aid and CPR certification * Current Criminal Reference Check including Vulnerable Sector Check * Two Step TB test / Up to Date Immunizations * Knowledge of child development (How Does Learning Happen?
