You?ll work closely with masons, landscapers, and designers to integrate your craft into a seamless, polished final product. *What You'll Be Doing* * Read and interpret construction drawings, design plans, and material specs * Build outdoor living structures: pergolas, pavilions, decks, fencing, privacy walls, and enclosures * Frame and finish custom woodwork with extreme attention to detail * Install composite decking, cladding, exterior trim, and custom millwork * Collaborate with crew leads and project managers to meet timelines and specifications * Operate saws, drills, levels, laser guides, and other precision carpentry tools * Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times *What We?re Looking For* *Required:* * 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (framing and/or finish work) * Understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools * Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings * Strong attention to finish detail, measurements, and plumb/level alignment * Physically able to lift 50?75 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions *Preferred:* * Experience with outdoor structures, decking systems, or exterior architectural elements * Familiarity with cedar, ipe, and composite materials * Comfort working alongside masons, landscapers, and other trades * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation * Your own tools *Training & Growth Opportunities* At Private Paradise, we believe in *building craftsmen for life*.
