Join us and help build something great. *What You'll Do:* * Assist with daily construction site tasks * Load and unload materials and equipment * Help with framing, demolition, site cleanup, and other general duties * Work closely with carpenters and other trades * Follow health and safety regulations at all times *What We're Looking For:* * Previous construction or labour experience (preferred, but not required) * Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and with tools * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Ability to take direction and work as part of a team * Reliable transportation to job sites around Eastern Ontario. *What We Offer:* * Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) * Opportunities for growth and skill development * A supportive, safety-focused team environment * Steady year-round work.
