Tasks: Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques. Schedule activities. Supervise staff. Train staff. Instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts. Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events . Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs. Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities. Maintain and repair sports equipment. Understand principles of group dynamics. Leading/instructing groups. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Establish work schedules. Enforce policies and procedures. Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Conduct training sessions. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Student status: Full time enrollment. Part time enrollment. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Vulnerable sector check. Reference required.
