Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Design bouquets and select natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories to create arrangements or other floral items. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Ability to distinguish between colours. Personal suitability: Accurate. Excellent oral communication. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
