As a Concrete Finisher, you'll help create custom decks, walkways, and coping that bring a client's pool area to life. From broom finishes to detailed stamped concrete, your work will add both function and beauty to our backyard builds.This is a hands-on role for someone who's precise, dependable, and ready to leave a mark (literally). Whether you're smoothing, stamping, or sealing-you'll be part of a team that values hard work, great craftsmanship, and good people.What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>Finish freshly poured concrete with broom, smooth, or decorative stamped finishes</li><li>Pour and spread concrete using trowels, screeds, floats, and hand tools</li><li>Install and strip forms, and ensure proper grades and slope for drainage</li><li>Set up and pour coping around vinyl liner pools</li><li>Mix, colour, and apply surface textures using stamps and mats</li><li>Cut joints, seal, and clean finished surfaces</li><li>Maintain a tidy worksite and organized tools</li><li>Coordinate with pool installation and service teams to align schedules</li><li>Show up on time, support your crew, and take pride in every pour</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>You've worked with concrete or a related trade (masonry, landscaping, forming, finishing)</li><li>You're confident working outdoors and in varying conditions</li><li>You know your way around a trowel, a stamp, and a broom finish</li><li>You take pride in clean edges and well-formed surfaces</li><li>You're reliable, hard-working, and thrive in a team environment</li><li>Bonus if you've finished concrete around pools or sloped terrain!</li></ul> </div>Company Description<div>HB Pools is more than a pool company-we're a team of builders, problem-solvers, and outdoor creators working together to shape spaces where people make lifelong memories.
