*Duties*
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
* Train new kitchen staff on food handling techniques and kitchen protocols.
* Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency in quality.
* Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong skills in cookery, food preparation, and kitchen management.
* Knowledge of bartending is a plus for establishments that serve beverages.
* Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
* Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
