In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their purchases. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that each customer has a positive shopping experience. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and answer any questions customers may have. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are appealing. * Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through technical sales when necessary. * Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. * Demonstrate basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash registers. * Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times. *Requirements* * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong cash handling and cashiering skills are essential for this position. * Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers in conversation about product features. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic. * Join us as a Retail Sales Associate where you can grow your career while providing outstanding service to our valued customers!
