*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely. *Responsibilities* * Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking and packing items accurately for shipment. * Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling of goods. * Assist in warehouse distribution activities to maintain efficient workflow. * Operate cranes and other heavy equipment as needed while adhering to safety protocols. * Conduct shipping and receiving duties, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. * Maintain an organized and clean work environment to promote safety and efficiency. * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet deadlines. * Utilize mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance of warehouse equipment when necessary. * Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. *Requirements* * Valid driver's license * Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse distribution systems is a plus. * Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including cranes (certification may be required). * Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with basic equipment maintenance is advantageous. * Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment tasks. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
