*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Organize and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the home, ensuring that everything is in its proper place. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. * Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. * Prepare light meals or snacks when requested by clients, demonstrating basic cooking skills. * Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety while using cleaning products and equipment. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames. *Requirements* * Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of all duties. * A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and standards.
