*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As the Kitchen Manager, you will lead a team of culinary professionals, manage inventory, and maintain the overall efficiency of the kitchen. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations. * Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to foster a positive team environment. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. * Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. * Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. * Develop and implement menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability. * Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain restaurant standards. * Handle cash management and POS transactions as needed. *Experience* * Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. * Previous experience in team management or leadership roles within a kitchen environment. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address guest concerns effectively. * Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, along with experience in cash handling and POS systems. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
