We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. *Experience*
* Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Previous experience in team management or leadership roles within a kitchen environment.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address guest concerns effectively.
* Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, along with experience in cash handling and POS systems.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
