*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. * Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. * Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Organize merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. * Utilize phone etiquette skills for customer interactions over the phone, ensuring professionalism at all times. * Assist in technical sales by providing knowledgeable insights into product specifications when necessary. *Qualifications* * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. * Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures is advantageous. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * A passion for sales with an eagerness to learn about new products and services.
