Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Rural area. Campground workers. Tasks: Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Take, cancel and change room reservations. Provide information on hotel facilities and services. Provide general information about points of interest in the area. Exchange foreign currency. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Provide customer service. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Reliability. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
