We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team across two unique culinary concepts?7by7 Restaurant, known for its award-winning comfort food and exceptional guest experience, and 7th Anchor Takeout & Catering, specializing in creative takeout and elevated catering services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with creativity, leadership, and strong organizational skills to contribute to daily operations, seasonal menu development, and specialty offerings across both locations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and execute high-quality dishes consistently for both dine-in and takeout/catering operations
* Collaborate with management on menu creation, seasonal updates, and weekly/daily specials
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations and kitchen standards
* Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing and supplier coordination
* Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment
* Support and supervise kitchen team members to maintain quality and consistency
* Assist with catering events, including prep, execution, and customer service
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience (restaurant and/or catering)
* Proven ability to contribute to menu development and innovate with ingredients and presentation
* Strong multitasking and time management skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
