Be able to answer customer inquiries and answer customer questions. Complete Vehicle Inspections at Check-In/Check-Out Answer Incoming Calls/Emails Moving cars/Customer Pick-Up/Drop-off Assist Manager with Reports REQUIREMENTS Have to be minimun 23 years old Driving and car detailing experience with cars and trucks Customer Service Experience - Minimum 1 Year or Equivalent Good Computer Knowledge- Word/Excel/Internal Systems Good Communication Skills- Written and Oral - Proficient in English G License Preferred Previous Experience in Car Rental Industry is Asset Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Full-time hours: 40 hrs per week Schedule: 8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations: Enhanced Safety Measures Are In Place- Including in door masks, hand sanitizer and frequent office sanitization.
