*Job Overview*
We are seeking a talented and driven Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the creation and development of visual assets that drive our brand?s identity and communicate our message effectively. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design marketing materials, product packaging, sales assets, presentations, advertisements, digital content, and social media assets. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in various design tools and techniques.
This is a *full-time, in-house* position based at our Vaughan, ON office.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Design Creation & Development*
· Develop high-quality graphics for product packaging, illustrations, logos, advertisements, presentations, and social media content.
· Work closely with the VP of Creative Operations, Marketing team and Sales team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
· Assist in the creation of print advertising materials, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and other promotional marketing collateral.
· Design and develop digital ads for various online platforms.
*2. Content Coordination & Collaboration*
· Collaborate with internal design teams to create compelling content for campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.
· Support social media marketing efforts by creating visually engaging content for posts, stories, and ads.
· Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all marketing touchpoints.
*3. Brand Strategy & Execution*
· Work with the marketing team to implement integrated marketing strategies and ensure consistency in messaging and design across all platforms.
· Contribute to the execution of marketing programs, events, and trade marketing initiatives.
· Research competitor products and design trends to inform and enhance design strategies.
*4. Growth & Engagement*
· Actively support campaigns that grow the brand?s presence across various digital channels.
· Monitor the effectiveness of design elements and suggest adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
*5. Analytics & Reporting*
· Track design performance and collaborate with the marketing team to assess and improve the visual impact of marketing efforts.
· Help develop reports on design performance and impact across various campaigns.
*Key Requirements*
*Experience:*
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the health, fitness, or lifestyle space.
Proven experience with design for both print and digital mediums.
*Skills:*
· High-level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
· Strong understanding of design principles and brand consistency.
· Experience with *3D tools* like Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, or Element 3D (a plus, not required).
· Experience in creating content for websites and social media platforms.
· Experience with Notion is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Education:*
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
