*Responsibilities*
* Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

* Analyze inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
* Utilize Excel and Windows applications for reporting and tracking warehouse metrics.
* Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows operating systems.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems.
* Strong analytical skills to assess operations and implement improvements.
* Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
* Knowledge of French is a plus but not required.
