Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Operations management and supervision. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Maintain financial and production records. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Plan and manage budgets. Maintain inventory of equipment. Supervision: 11-15 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor. Forklift.
