Our well established, modern, fully digital 7 op clinic, with a top notch dental team is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Associate Dentist* to join our growing team. *Position Summary:* We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to a loyal and growing patient base. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values professional growth, enjoys working in a team-oriented practice, algins with our fantastic team culture, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning * Deliver a range of general dentistry procedures, including restorations, extractions, root canals, and hygiene checks * Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation * Collaborate with our team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff * Uphold the highest standard of patient care and safety *Qualifications:* * DDS/DMD from a recognized dental institution * Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) * Strong clinical and communication skills * Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) * Proficiency in dental software, Open Dental, is an asset *What We Offer:* * Established patient base with steady new patient flow * Mentorship and clinical support available * Friendly and supportive team environment * Modern, fully equipped operatories *Schedule:* Part-Time - leading to Full time, we are very flexible with days. *How to Apply:* Please email your resume and cover letter to Lezlie Dickson at midlandavedental@gmail.com with the subject line ?Associate Dentist".
