We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented *Office Administrator* to join our team. This full-time, onsite roleis ideal for someone who holds a valid LLQP license and is passionate about client service and operational support. You will be responsible for general office duties as well as providing customer service for our life insurance clients.
*\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\**
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
* Handle incoming calls and emails from life insurance clients
* Assist with policy servicing, application follow-ups, and client communications
* Maintain organized records and client files
* Coordinate appointments and communications with advisors and clients
* Support compliance and documentation requirements related to life insurance
*\*\*Qualification:\*\**
* Valid *LLQP license* is required
* Previous experience in office administration or client service preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Fluent in English and Chinese
