*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in metal fabrication processes. This role involves working with various materials to fabricate components, primarily focusing on ductwork and assembly tasks. A keen eye for detail and the ability to read blueprints accurately are essential for success in this position.
*Duties*
* Utilize plasma cutting techniques to cut metal sheets and components as per specifications.
* Fabricate and assemble ductwork and other metal structures according to project requirements.
* Operate power tools and machinery, including press brake machines, to shape and form metal pieces.
* Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise fabrication of parts.
* Perform machining tasks as needed, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and machinery safely.
* Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential for understanding project specifications.
* Familiarity with plasma cutting techniques and press brake operations is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
