*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge. This role requires precision, patience, and a passion for horology.
* Conduct repairs on various types of watches, ensuring functionality and aesthetic quality.
* Perform routine maintenance checks on timepieces to identify any issues or necessary adjustments.
* Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain an organized workspace in the warehouse to ensure all tools and materials are readily available.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality standards.
* Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and assembly processes for each watch.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Watchmaker or in a similar role within the horology industry is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
* Ability to fabricate intricate components with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality standards.
* A passion for watches and horology is essential for success in this role.
