Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Sport and recreation club. Tasks: Schedule events, programs and activities. Schedule work. Monitor quality and production levels. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
