*Responsibilities* * Responsible for the full cycle accounting (AR, AP, bank reconciliation) for residential properties. * Preparation of GST/HST remittances. * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Preparation of monthly journal entries: GPR, Prepaid, accrual. * Preparation of cash projections and requests of funding as needed. * Preparation of monthly reports packages and perform analysis of monthly operating variances and account analysis. * Prepare year-end audit packages and working papers, liaison with auditors. * Other projects as assigned. *Requirements* * Must have a least 2-3 years of relevant residential property accounting experience. * A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field. * Bilingual skills (Chinese and English) would be an asset. * Experience with Yardi would be an asset. * Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Ability to work in team and a self-starter working in a fast-paced environment.
