*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. *Duties*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
* Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to safety protocols.
* Conduct thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
* Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces.
* Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients.
*Skills*
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
* Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
* Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for minor repairs or maintenance tasks is a plus.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for moving equipment or supplies.
* Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
