*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are safe, hygienic, and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. * Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to safety protocols. * Conduct thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors. * Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces. * Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures. * Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for minor repairs or maintenance tasks is a plus. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for moving equipment or supplies. * Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
