Starting wage for this position is $23 per hour but can increase based on experience and performance. *Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will lead the kitchen staff, create innovative menus, and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and taste. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing an outstanding dining experience. *Responsibilities* * Develop and design creative menus that reflect current food trends while considering customer preferences. * Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared according to recipes and standards. * Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance and teamwork. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. * Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. * Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. * Assist in maintaining equipment and kitchen tools to ensure optimal functionality. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety standards. * Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. * Experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
