*Summary*
We are currently seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety of all patrons at our facilities while promoting a positive recreational environment. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety standards and providing assistance when needed.
*Responsibilities*
* Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
* Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
* Perform rescues and administer first aid as necessary.
* Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and facilities.
* Assist in organizing recreational activities and events.
* Provide excellent customer service to patrons and address any concerns.
*Requirements*
* Current lifeguard certification is required.
* Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety practices.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for equipment management.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with patrons and team members.
* Previous experience in a lifeguard or similar role is an asset.
