POSITION SUMMARY: Signature Perfume is a grand retailer specializing in fragrances. Signature Perfume is looking for a committed sales associate who is energetic, friendly and responsible for the Outlet Collection location. Candidates must be able to promote the brand, offer exceptional customer service, work well with the team and meet sales target.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service- Responsible for engaging and connecting with each customer to provide a positive shopping experience- Contribute to a positive work environment- meet and maintain sales targets- assist in maintenance, merchandising and floor moves- provide knowledge and assistance to customers Visual Merchandising- Maintain a neat, clean, well presented environment for the customer- Ensure product is replenished and sized appropriately QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in retail/ sales preferred- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store team- Flexible availability- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Energetic, confident and self motivated- Must be at least 18 years of age.
BENEFITS: Competitive hourly rate with potential to earn additional income through our commission-based bonus program, where associates can earn upwards of $100- $300 per day. LOCATION: THE OUTLET COLLECTION MALL, NIAGARA ON THE LAKE
