Huron Shores Property Management* Huron Shores Property Management is a full-service condominium corporation and townhome management company overseeing condos of various sizes throughout Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. We service condo communities and corporations through their board of directors, ensuring that all complexes are well cared for. *What qualifies YOU for this position?* * Detailed oriented * Exceptional customer service skills and de-escalation techniques * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Exceptional organizational skills * Superior problem-solving skills * Superior presentation skills * Excellent understanding of financials statements * Must have your own vehicle with proper insurance for local travel * Preference for those with experience in property management (1 year+) *What will your SPECIFIC duties be?* Our full-time property managers will be trained to take on a series of condominium corporations and townhome associations in our region, including: * Taking care of monthly board meetings * Minute taking * Presentation of financials * Facilitation of resident concerns and complaints * Execution of Board of Directors? decisions * Oversight of the request for proposal process for quoting and coordination for maintenance issues *What can you EXPECT from our company in this role?* * Annual salary of $46,000-$50,000 * Potential for growth within the company * Incentive Program * Dental care * Extended health care * 2 weeks of paid time off * Vision care * Work Location: In person (Windsor, Ontario) * Some dinner-time meetings are required with the condo board (sometimes in person and sometimes over Zoom) *Interested in joining our team?
