We specializes in residential unit turnovers as well as home renovations and commercial renovations. We are looking for an individual who can perform independently or in a team environment to complete a variety of different tasks. Experience in general trades is required.
Responsibilities include:
-Various types of flooring experience including installation and finishing. (hardwood, ceramic, laminate, and VCT)
-Kitchen and Bathroom renovations
-Basement renovations

-In-depth experience in residential renovations or property management unit turnovers is required
-Must have a valid driver's license.
-Compensation is determined by the individual's experience and production ability.

Reporting to the project manager, you will utilize your core skills in hand tools, construction, and power tools, while also applying your premium skill in blueprint reading. Your relevant skills in carpentry, concrete forming, and restoration will be essential in delivering successful outcomes. A valid driving license is required, as you will manage property renovations and collaborate with clients to meet their needs effectively.
