The Opportunity Accountable/responsible for a high standard of quality customer service; ensuring consistent application and administration of the company?s service operations business The Role <ul> <li>Responsible for day-to-day support for the Service and Parts business, driving aftermarket revenues</li> <li>Execute company initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximize efficiencies including service and parts operations at the branch,</li> <li>Identify issues and work with employees to resolve them in a timely manner, communication, problem solving</li> <li>Manage personnel performance, safety, training, customer service and branch leadership and P & L responsibility</li> </ul> The Candidate <ul> <li>Education: Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, or similar certification an asset.</li> <li>Work Experience: 5 years min related experience in a management in service of rotating equipment, parts, supply chain or product support operations.</li> <li> Knowledge: Experience working with budgets, financial management, </li> <li> Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint </li> </ul> The Company Since 1858, Wajax has been a leading industrial products and solutions provider continually innovating to serve Canadian industry coast-to-coast.
